Returning Orders after Delivery

On delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the packaging is damaged, please refuse to accept shipment. We will refund the purchase price as soon as the warehouse has handled your return.

You may return:

The products which have any stains, damagedor have any kind of un-washable marks, delivered to you within three (03) calendar days after delivery, as long as:

  • the products are unwashed and not used in any way
  • the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged);
  • the product is complete: e.g. All items of a product must be returned
  • the product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign

Please return dresses with their protective coverings, carriers and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within three (03) days of receipt of your goods. We will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges, return charges or any duties and taxes will not be refunded.

You cannot return:

  • products that have been tampered with
  • incomplete product or partial order
  • customized products (size, style & fabric customization)


You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within three (3) days of receipt of goods. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded.

When the product is returned, you will be refunded via bank transfer, you will need to give our Contact Centre your bank details, including the account number, title, and bank name with branch code. After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the product value to you.


Product exchanges are not possible once your order has been confirmed.  In order to get another product color or size, you will have to place a new order on the Website.

Refund Policy

When you initiate the return, we will refund the money directly to your bank account. You will receive your refund after the product has been returned and processed. Please allow two(2) weeks from the time we receive the returned goods (in the case of approved refunds of orders returned after delivery) or from the date of cancellation of your order (In the case of order cancellation before delivery).
